Refund policy

Reembolsos y cancelaciones de pagos.
El Paciente es responsable de los pagos realizados en el Sitio Web ( http://www.codetvision.com/, https://codet-vision-institute.myshopify.com/ , https://codet-vision-institute-mexico.myshopify.com/ por cualquier medio (Efectivo, transferencia electrónica, PayPal, tarjeta de crédito, tarjeta de débito, Apple Pay), por lo que, al hacer dicho pago, se entenderá que está de acuerdo y otorga su consentimiento para que se le aplique el cargo correspondiente. Por lo anterior, los reembolsos y contracargos no aplican y no están permitidos, excepto en los siguientes casos:

  1. No es paciente previo de CODET Vision Institute, y después de la evaluación o consulta médica, resulta no ser candidato para la cirugía prepagada.
  2. Es paciente previo de CODET Vision Institute, pero su evaluación previa es de hace 6 meses o más, y después de una evaluación nueva, resulta ya no ser candidato para la cirugía prepagada. 

Su depósito será aplicado a los honorarios por la realización del procedimiento arriba descrito, tan pronto como éste haya sido contratado por usted mediante la firma del contrato y del consentimiento informado correspondiente.

Refunds and cancellation of payments.

The Patient is responsible for the payments made on the Website through any means (cash, wire transfer, PayPal, credit card, debit card), therefore, when making such payment it is understood that he/she agrees and grants his/her consent to be charged with the corresponding amount. Due to the aforementioned, refunds and chargebacks do not apply and are not allowed, except in the following cases: 

  1. The Patient is not a previous CODET patient, and after having and evaluation or medical consultation in CODET, it is determined that he/she is not a candidate for the prepaid surgery.
  2. The Patient is a previous CODET patient, but the evaluation is older than 6 months, and after an updated evaluation, it is determined that he/she is not a candidate for the prepaid surgery. 

If neither one of the exceptions above applies and the Patient is still requesting a refunds, the Patient may transfer his/her balance in favor of any family member needing a procedure, surgery or consultation in CODET within the term determined when making the purchase. 

Your paid deposit will be applied toward the payment of the medical fees for the above described procedure, as soon as the corresponding services and informed consent agreement is executed by you, the patient.
